Drop Shots From Your Regular Golf Game

Do your golf clubs feel a bit heavier than normal? Are you shots not going as far as they used to? You may well need a specific golf fitness program. Whilst a regular fitness program is good for your all round health it is probably not specific enough to improve your golf game with discount golf clubs. Fitness programs specifically for golf focus on those muscles and joints you use more when playing.

No matter how well you feel your overall health and fitness is unless you exercise those muscle groups specific to your game of golf you will not improve your game. Unless you use a custom made golf fitness program you are likely to lose flexibility and strength over time. Instead of enjoying increasing levels of stamina you could well find your body experiencing aches and pains. Golf fitness programs concentrate on flexibility and strength as opposed to other fitness programs which focus on other areas. It is therefore important, particularly if you want to improve your game, to make the time to include a fitness program in your weekly schedule.

As you get older it becomes more important to stay in shape if you want to keep your back-swings and drives up to par. The many specific golf fitness programs will keep you in the best physical shape to make that great shot. Don’t wait until you are experiencing problems on the course before signing up for some exercise. Start now and you will be able to continue enjoying the game you love so much. If you are already experiencing fitness problems don’t delay, sign up for a golf fitness course(discount golf) as soon as you can.

Signing up for a golf fitness course does not have to eat into your already very limited time. With a bit of skillful time management it can be incorporated in your daily activities and become part of your normal day.

Director of First Impressions

“Director of First Impressions” is the title now given to many receptionists or front desk personnel. But did anyone mention that the goal is to have a good first impression?

I laugh because I was visiting my local private city club for lunch the other day and the young ladies behind the front desk seemed less than enthused about their job on that particular afternoon. I hadn’t been to the club in awhile and so I presented my membership card upon arrival to make the greeting less uncomfortable for them. (I have worked in the private club industry for eleven years and always hated asking members for their names. I always felt it was part of my job to know their names. In fact, prior to club events my colleges often found me flipping through the photo directory matching up the faces of members with the reservation sheet so I was prepared to greet them by name. This was always much appreciated by the member.)

When I arrived, the club was not busy being as it was after the lunch hour. I took a seat in the bar area just 20 feet away from the front desk. When the server finally made his way over to me he had to ask for my member number. I thought to myself…being as the young gal sitting behind the desk had nothing else to do, shouldn’t she have gotten up and walked the ten feet over to the bar to let the server know what my name and member number were so he could greet me by name? It didn’t even cross her mind. Instead, she sat there with the other young lady and a gentelmen from the dining room (all employees) deeply embedded in some personal conversation.

Nice first impression.

On my way out I noticed her placard emblazoned with her title on it and I commented, “Director of First Impression, what a title!”

She didn’t even smile.

Ha! I thought to myself. Someone forgot to mention that she was expected to make a good first impression. I meant to send the General Manager a note about this experience. I shall do so this afternoon….

Don’t feel bad local city club, its the first impression that I believe most clubs fail at. I phoned a professional acquaintance of mine just yesterday to discuss business at his golf club. I wanted to offer my services as I heard they were down nearly 15% for the year and perhaps needed some help with generating new memberships.

The voice that came over the phone when it was answered on their end was less than enthusiastic. She must have been having a bad day. She seemed irritated and was short with me. Hmmm…could her attitude be making a difference in member recruitment and satisfaction? May sound simplistic, but I do believe it could have something to do with it, even on a micro scale.

Let me offer you the opposite end of the scale…

A beautiful high end private club in Gladstone, New Jersey. When you call their club you get no recording, no auto teller, just a friendly voice on the other end of the line that answers with, “Good Afternoon, Thank you for calling X Golf Club, this is Melissa, I can help you.” Her tone is welcoming, friendly, upbeat and ready to help with whatever request I might have. Simplistic? Perhaps. Impactful? Most definitely.

Looking to grow your dues line? Trying to stop the bleeding of member attrition? Start with an unbiased critique of your ‘Director of First Impression’. For a lot of clubs, the person in that role has been there for years and knows the members names well, but are they making a positive impact on the daily visit to the club for both members and guests alike? Are they courteous over the phone? Do they represent your organization in a positive light to prospective candidates for employment? If not, I’m not saying ‘fire them’ just find another position for them.

At the end of the day, the success of this position is just as much about personality as it is about training. So be sure you have the right individual in the position and then train them on the importance of their role within the organization.

Easily Shave 4 to 6 Strokes Off Your Next Score

Warm up your body properly before you hit your first ball. Don’t just show up five minutes before tee time and head out to the first tee. That’s the way to get a double bogey for sure. Instead, arrive 30 minutes before tee time. Do some good stretches to prepare your body like arm circles, partial squats, or toe touches. Then take some half swings with a 7 iron before you hit some wedges.

Put the proper nutrition in your body before you hit the golf course. You need to eat something that will give you the long-term energy you need. Try eating a good meal or at least a complex carbohydrate and good protein source. Try eating oatmeal and some eggs with fruit for breakfast, or a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with fruit for lunch.

Move and stretch your joints constantly while you are on the course. You don’t want to be the golfer complaining of a tight lower back or shoulders during a round. Stretch your problem areas while you are playing. Your swing mechanics will be good later in the round if you stretch.

Make sure you drink a lot of water (at least a gallon) before you get to the course. This will hydrate your muscles. Remember that dehydration will cause energy loss, lack of focus and concentration later on in the round. Drink more water at every hole.

Finally, remember to snack while you play. Eat fruit or nutrition bars every four to six holes to keep your energy level balanced. This will also help to avoid some mental lapses later in the round. You want your energy levels to stay the same so you don’t blow your score.

The Only 5 Questions We Really Care About Answering

The primary reason we do any survey project is so that we can make decisions; for example, should I stay open for 24 hours/7 days a week or will our customers pay more for this potential new feature? These are all good and worthy decisions. But when you take even a closer look, we’re making these decisions because our main objective is to become the obvious choice for that ideal customer. And for that to happen, we have to have clear answers to the following questions:

 1. Who is our ideal customer? These are typically demographic questions such as gender, education level, income level or location. You can expand these questions to find out your customer’s occupation or if your ideal customer is a parent, pet owner. Don’t skimp on demographics or psycho graphics. If anything get really creative with them. You might consider doing a survey with nothing but profiling questions that include where your customers shop, or where they prefer to eat. It’s critical to know as much as possible about your ideal customer so that you can begin focusing your marketing decisions around their preferences.
 2. What do they struggle with? Another root set of data that market researchers are searching for within their ideal customer is “what they struggle with.” What are the 5 to 7 frustrations that they are dealing with when it comes to interacting with our product or service? If you are a golf accessories company and you ask your ideal what frustrates them about their golfing experience, you might get responses such as “expensive golf clubs getting wet during a rain storm.” If you get enough of those responses, you may think about developing a golf accessory that protects golf clubs in the rain. In fact — there is such a thing as an umbrella for your golf clubs — the Drizzle Stick.
 3. What does your ideal customer really WANT? No matter how you phrase the question (and there are countless creative formats) all we really want to know is what our customer will actually purchase as a solution. What is it that they WANT? Of course they’re NOT going to say that they want something that doesn’t exist yet — in the 1960′s the average person would NOT have known that they wanted a microwave. They wanted hot food fast. One good way to get at these wants is to give your respondents some examples of product offerings and combinations and see how they rate them.
 4. What sets you apart from the other guy. Competitive analysis or benchmarking is critical if you want to increase the profitability of your product and build your brand. My favorite way to measure or identify differentiators or competitive advantage is to ask Importance/Satisfaction questions. The key to asking these kinds of questions is getting the attributes just right. For example “How important is it that your tires have a run-flat safety feature?” instead of asking “How important is it that your car has tires.”
 5. What benefits do your customers perceive? Because we all choose and purchase based on emotion — it’s important to understand specifically, what emotional benefits our customers receive from our products and services. The more we connect with our customers on an emotional level and provide that benefit — the more likely they are to choose us. This is an ideal place to use matrix questions that rate the degree to which customers agree or disagree with a variety of “benefit” statements. Here is an example “I can count on Service X to pull me out of a bind.”

No matter why you are doing a survey, you’ll find these 5 questions at the core of “WHY” you want to know. Remember, your respondents will read or spend time with absolutely ANYTHING as long as they are at the center of it. Be sure to keep these 5 questions in mind when creating your survey and everyone involved will save time, aggravation and money.

Frank Napoli Las Vegas Real Estate – Don’t Lose Your Home to Foreclosure!

Don’t Lose Your Home to Foreclosure!

I will help you with your loan modification for FREE! We have all watched the home values in Las Vegas drop with the chance of more depreciation of home values to come. Homeowners are faced with property values that are less than their loan amounts. Some experts say it could take up to 15 years to get these property values back.

Most banks have made loan modifications too difficult to deal with and have discouraged homeowners. As a result, the homeowner either stops trying or pays outrageous upfront fees for services promising positive results only to wind up losing their money and their home to foreclosure. This is shameful.

Once a home is foreclosed on, EVERYONE loses. You, your neighbor, your neighborhood, your city. Don’t let your home go to foreclosure; there are too many options available to you. There is hope!

The Real Estate business has been tremendous to me. I love this city and the people that are in it. It is my time to give back. We turn the Las Vegas housing market around; we turn the Las Vegas economy around.

I am Frank Napoli, Realtor in Las Vegas Real Estate and this is what I can do:

I will help you modify your loan for FREE! If your Las Vegas home is undervalued I will short sale your undervalued home and FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS!

Let’s get through this together; I have all of the experience you will ever need.

Some Tips for Golf Swing

Some Tips for Swing
If you are a golfer and actively because blurred your scores, again you have to yield your putting seriously, as almost bisected the acclamation you play in an annular of golf are acceptable to be on the putting green.
There are some tips for the swing:
The stroke should be a pendulum action swinging with your shoulders and arms while the wrists remain stiff.
Try and relax before playing the stroke, this will help enhance your feel and touch and help avoid the yips due to excess tension
Don’t move your head during the swing.
Play the ball from underneath the eyes.
Have the ball in the front of the stance to ensure that the ball is hit on the up.
Swing in a relaxed smooth fashion with a smooth and constant rhythm.
Keep the wrists firm throughout the stroke.
It is important to keep the triangle formed between your arms and the line joining your shoulders consistent through the whole shot and the shape should not change.
Keeping the triangle mentioned before in tact, in a pendulum motion, accelerate the putter smoothly through the ball. If you hit the ball by the TaylorMade R9 460 Driver following my tips, and the ball should be hit on the up.

Keep Your Driver in Play

Having a good tee ball is critical to your confidence and placing the ball where you can score. We all can get easily frustrated when things go sideways with the driver, so I’m going to share you with you some secrets on how to get the most distance from your tee ball while keeping it accurate.

There are basically three elements to being able to get the distance and accuracy you desire with the driver.

1. Make sure you have good rotation in the shoulders and hips. Power is created from “coiling” or turning away from and then back through the ball. If you don’t “coil” or turn properly, you will never realize maximum distance. Pretend you are trying to turn your belt buckle as far away from the target while turning during your backswing. Also, make sure that when you come through the ball at impact, you are completing your turn to a nice high and solid finish.

2. You must have a good handle on the clubhead and have complete control of it. There are two things to check when dealing with club face control. First, you need to check your grip. Second, you need to see if you have the ability to hit a ball to the left and to the right. If you can do both of those, you should be able to split the difference and hit the ball straight.

3. You will need really good rhythm in order to achieve your best distance and accuracy. Don’t be tempted to make a quick move from the top of your swing, which can ruin your entire tempo and sequence of events. You can counteract this movement by developing internal counting during your swing.

Now, most people will have trouble with these elements with the driver because it is the longest and most difficult club to hit. It will be easier with the shorter clubs because there is less of a premium on distance and more on accuracy.

One drill I have seen work wonders is to try to alternate hitting your driver(such as taylormade r9 driver) and 9 iron when practicing. Start with the 9 iron and make a few good swings using the 3 elements above. Don’t overswing, just make nice easy swings. Then, pick up the driver and create the same motion and tempo. Don’t swing any harder, just focus on the elements.

A Quick Drill For Consistent Shots

Although many golf players take no count of the line, from my experience, hitting consistently is a must for you whether you are a professional golfer or beginer. If you can carry it out,you will get your clubs too vertical on the downswing which will lead to too much turf and steep divots.

What you are leading to is influenced by your innitial setup. If you cann’t not understand this compeletely,30 Rock,an example for you.I used to have too much bend in my upper and my arms extend too far away from my body.In a word,I bant too much. What I did would cause the golf club become too vertical on my backswing. That caused steepness in my downswing too because my club got stuck into the ground.

So,if you can stand at a taller place and get the end of your golf club more toward your belt buckle.Congradurations.You have find your ideal position. However, after doing as that,it does not meant your swing will bring a more rounded-out or consistent shot to you.The fowlowing practice will help you carry out your dream:

A.The 15, 10, 5 Drill

1. First, take a drill shot with the ball 15 inches above the ground. As you are swing so high,so you had better observe your nice rounded swing carefully. It is so perfect and looks like a baseball swing. After finishing swing, square up the clubface.

2.Secondly,your ball should go down to 10 inches above the ground.Swing right around and through it.

3.Thirdly,your ball on 5 inches above the ground is suitable.Do as the second step.

4.Finally,move it from the tee.Don’t forget to make your golf club is pointing at your belt buckle.

That is all.If you can not master, please repeat again.
