callaway ft-iz driverBeyond Long
In their never-ending mission to find more distance and accuracy for golfers, Callaway’s engineers used an entirely new design to once again produce a driver that’s longer and straighter than anything they’ve ever made.

Polar Weighting

Utilizes a heavy face and a heavy in-line power source in the rear, localizing weight at the front and back of the driver to provide stability, consistency, incredible feel and increased linear acceleration of the ball.

Chemically Milled Hyperbolic Face
Generates Callaway’s most consistently high ball speeds ever by using a chemical reduction process to selectively remove unwanted material for precision thickness control.

Taylormade 2009 Burner Driver also Fashionable Now

In recent year, more and more great and promising clubs now straighter drives. The line is strong Taylormade 2009 Burner Driver. The very first Burner driver ended up being introduced in 1983 and has been swiftly used conducted by golfers of all of quantities for outstanding performance and the involvement of forgiveness. The Burner Plus driver followed in 1986; then it became the Burner Percolate in 1995. In 2007, the latest Taylormade 2009 Burner Driver, which usually is the suitable selling drivers for the entire 2007 year and 2008 to date. The Burner Tour had been in 2008, which usually Sergio Garcia used to win the People Championship seasons and ended up being called the majority enjoyed driver in the tour previous in life. The majority of each of our readers at The Paradise The cyberpunks know how I come to feel about 2008 and believed it might be a setback for the TaylorMade and how the design 2007. 2009, may pull interest THP burner region?
Despite the fact in which the driver for a few period now, we wanted to go to go back and visit for the audience. Taylormade 2009 Burner Driver Review Manual truly exposed my personal eyes to latest gadgets that were there this year. We contacted Taylor and delivered on loan to all of us to try and write. The first impact is a new large key today using clubs and unique pilot. The 1st thoughts were a little diverse way. We loved the look of the head and I’m actually happy to do it. The organization was substantially a bit longer than each of our check drivers and we worry a little. The lid requires some function. It’s too easy for most technologies in these drivers.
The generally newly driver expertly combines the SuperFast technology burner of the Crown in 2007 together with the twin technology, the Tour Burner. Theoretically, a driver together with less than 300 grams, which in turn stimulates greater speed, increased kick off angle and lower spin rate, that shows a dramatic increase in the distance. The initial day came up to all of us, still left the area for a demonstration treatment using a new couple of very large batters and our citizens THP training.
General, we believe in which TaylorMade gives a pair of main paths for the 2009 season do. We prospect that Taylormade 2009 Burner Driver ended up being good each time we reviewed very last calendar month.

Where Can I Find The Top 2010 Golf Drivers?

These days, the best golf drivers are often the adjustable
ones. This means that it is now possible to make in-game
adjustments so as to improve gaming performance, which was
not permitted by the USGA prior to 2009. Golfers can
customize and individualize their golf drivers within the
limits of the existing rules.

In addition, speaking of performance, golf drivers are
judged based on three criteria -distance, accuracy and
overall improvement in the game. Here then are the eight
best golf drivers for 2010.

The Adams Speedline Fast 10 golf driver provides for a
higher lift, a straighter flight and an improved airflow
because of a low center of gravity and reduced side spin.
With its excellent drive distance coupled and ball speed,
it definitely improves gaming performance for both amateurs
and professionals.

The Callaway Big Bertha Diablo Edge golf driver comes in
both the tour and standard versions with various head face
shapes. Amongst the many golf drivers in the Callaway line,
this driver offers the deepest center of gravity and the
maximum moment of inertia, which translates to a good shot
forgiveness.

Just like the Big Bertha, the Callaway FT-IZ driver comes
in tour and standard versions. In contrast, however, it has
a higher moment of inertia and lower center of gravity,
which makes for better control as well as improved
consistency, stability and power.

With its three versions of standard, draw and tour, the
Cleveland Launcher DST driver permits livelier shots
because of the well-balanced features. Golfers find the
advanced coefficient of restitution working to their
advantage.

Many things are going for The Cobra Zero Limits (ZL)
driver. It features a hosel that is adjustable, to change
the face angle and thus, improve on one’s game. For one
thing, its rhombus face insert provides for a striking edge
that is powerful while the conventional rounded head makes
for excellent opportunities in shaping shots. For another
thing, its ball flight trajectory that is higher makes for
better control and, thus, better chances at placing the
ball near the hole.

For greater preciseness in stroke control, the Mizuno MP
630 Fast Track is the best option in golf drivers. Its
weight adjustments allow for 45 settings, which complements
the open clubface’s ability to deliver low center of
gravity, low flight and low spin.

For a full complement of golf technology designed to
improve ball flight, the TaylorMade R9 driver is
unparalleled. It features three patented technologies for
this purpose – Flight Control for customizable head and
shaft system; Movable Weight for changing the center of
gravity and, thus, promote various ball flights; and
Inverted Cone expands the clubface area that delivers the
desired high ball speed.

Then there is the Titleist 909 golf driver with its three
models called the D2, D3 and D Comp. All of these drivers
are titanium-made, which delivers on superior distance,
solid feel in the hands and an enhanced sound.

The market for golf drivers may be flooded with newer
models but the abovementioned eight brand names are top of
the heap. You will find that your golf game will
significantly improve, maybe even sufficiently good to give
the pros a run for their money.

Utilizing Mizuno’s Ultra Dynamic Stability or UDS design, the E600 while only 460cc performs like a 500cc head with amazing forgiveness and a humongous sweet area. Low center of gravity and low spin create a maximum carry driver. The UDS design stabilizes the head and prevents twisting for straighter more accurate shots.  The E600 is available in 3 lofts, 9, 10 and 11* and three different mid kicking shafts JPX Quad shafts, a 45g R flex, a 55g SR flex shaft and a 65g S flex shaft.

Picture for Ping G10 DriverThe market leading G15 driver was a hard act to follow, but with the Ping G10 driver we think Ping have managed to improve the best even more. The first thing you notice is that the head is deeper front to back and also taller. This has been achieved by some jiggery-pockery in the design to stay within the 460cc limit and it gives you immense confidence at address. The love-it-or-hate-it crescent on the crown is a even more subtle than before and the new colour scheme looks very good. Performance is what it is all about and the new G10 driver delivers big time. With the weight a little further back it gets the ball airborne with low spin on a great trajectory. Compared to the G5 it is slightly lower and certainly much lower than the G2. There is a new range of shafts with the G10 and we found the standard TFC129 that Ping has designed for them to be very good, but as always make sure you get custom fitted. If you are in the market for a driver, then you won’t go far wrong if you choose the Ping G10.

Ping Rapture Driver

The Ping Rapture driver is one of the best composite drivers we have tested. The look and feel of the club is very similar to the excellent Ping G5, but that is where the similarities end. Ping have ‘maxxed-out’ on all the available technologies for the Rapture range and the driver is no exception. Due to the lighter head, the face is more forgiving with a higher launch angle and less spin. Certainly it is very easy to hit and makes a more solid quieter sound than the all titanium G5 driver. The head design with the titanium lattice below the graphite looks good to us, but after a few hits you don’t notice the looks, just the benefits. The result of this technology means that it is longer, with initial estimates make it around 7 yards longer than the G5. However these extra yards come at a cost as the Ping Rapture will be a premium priced driver, so start saving!

Fusion Technology that delivers professional shot-shaping and Tour distance, for a fine-tuned game.
This is the driver the shot makers turn to. Versatility, distance and control all in one space-age package. The FT-9 Driver was designed to deliver the most creative shot-making you can think of. Fade it. Draw it. Or take it over the trees. With the addition of Hyperbolic Face Technology, ball speeds across the entire face have been dramatically improved to generate even more distance. Choose between Draw or Neutral configurations with the help of external web weighting that helps precisely position the center of gravity to promote the desired trajectory and ball flight for the desired shot shape. The FT-9 Tour Driver features a slightly open face angle and produces stronger, more penetrating trajectories preferred by highly accomplished players. Hyperbolic Face Technology
Hyperbolic shaping is our cutting-edge driver face design. Mathematics and engineering combine to create our highest ever ball speeds across the entire face.

Fusion Technology
Proprietary technology creates maximum perimeter weighting and more discretionary weight by combining a carbon composite body with the titanium face cup. This allows for precise positioning of the center of gravity, which increases stability on off-center hits and enables ball flight customization for shot-shaping control.

OptiFit Weighting System
Enables golfers to customize their driver by giving them two center of gravity locations to choose from: Draw for promoting a draw or reducing a slice/fade, and Neutral for maximum workability.

Visible External Web Weighting
Fusion Technology allows the web weights to be precisely positioned for a center of gravity that generates the desired Draw or Neutral ball flights, letting golfers hit longer and more accurate drives.

Let’s Talk about the Taylormade 2009 Burner Driver(2)

I decided to personally take it out on the course for a couple of weeks worth of rounds and see what the verdict was on a course with very tight fairways. I play a fade with the ball off the tee and still had that, but with the Burner it was much less pronounced. It seemed as though I was also picking up some distance like the others were reporting. However I did not see the 10 yards or more that some were seeing. So after about 5 rounds, I was pretty much sold on the driver. You combine certain elements in a driver, you are sure to get a winner. I was extremely happy with how the stock shaft performed. It seems as though Taylormade has really stepped up their stock shaft offerings in recent years and the taylormade burner superfast driver is equipped with a lightweight grip and SuperFast RE*AX 49-gram graphite shaft. It seemed to work perfectly with the club head and my swing to produce one good drive after another.

With our initial day of testing behind us we decided we wanted more feedback. Armed with the driver we went over to a crowded range on a Saturday morning and let all kinds of players give it a run out there. Almost every one of the golfers commented on the head shape and how it is not really traditional but because of the creative graphics placement, when you setup you get the feeling that you are standing over a traditional shaped head. One by one each golfer tried their current driver and then the new Taylormade Burner. The results were what we expected given our first day results. We had 23 golfers hit the club and 19 of them preferred the new Burner. To be fair, of the 23 golfers that participated, only 12 had drivers that were newer than 2006. But 19 out of 23 was big number. Feedback was very similar across the board. Most thought it would be hard to control initially, but once they took some swings with it had no problems. In fact the high handicappers seemed to enjoy the club and the control more than any of the other clubs they have tried. People that fought control off the tee reported back that they were hitting the ball straighter than before with the Burner.

We thought the R9 was great when we reviewed it last month, and now that we have revisited the Burner, we are sold so far on their new drivers for this year. If you are in the market for a new driver and your criteria is long and straight, then you will be glad that you checked out the Taylormade 2009 Burner. The discount golf clubs suggest price is $164.99, and it is available now in many stores online.

Keep Your Driver in Play

Having a good tee ball is critical to your confidence and placing the ball where you can score. We all can get easily frustrated when things go sideways with the driver, so I’m going to share you with you some secrets on how to get the most distance from your tee ball while keeping it accurate.

There are basically three elements to being able to get the distance and accuracy you desire with the driver.

1. Make sure you have good rotation in the shoulders and hips. Power is created from “coiling” or turning away from and then back through the ball. If you don’t “coil” or turn properly, you will never realize maximum distance. Pretend you are trying to turn your belt buckle as far away from the target while turning during your backswing. Also, make sure that when you come through the ball at impact, you are completing your turn to a nice high and solid finish.

2. You must have a good handle on the clubhead and have complete control of it. There are two things to check when dealing with club face control. First, you need to check your grip. Second, you need to see if you have the ability to hit a ball to the left and to the right. If you can do both of those, you should be able to split the difference and hit the ball straight.

3. You will need really good rhythm in order to achieve your best distance and accuracy. Don’t be tempted to make a quick move from the top of your swing, which can ruin your entire tempo and sequence of events. You can counteract this movement by developing internal counting during your swing.

Now, most people will have trouble with these elements with the driver because it is the longest and most difficult club to hit. It will be easier with the shorter clubs because there is less of a premium on distance and more on accuracy.

One drill I have seen work wonders is to try to alternate hitting your driver(such as taylormade r9 driver) and 9 iron when practicing. Start with the 9 iron and make a few good swings using the 3 elements above. Don’t overswing, just make nice easy swings. Then, pick up the driver and create the same motion and tempo. Don’t swing any harder, just focus on the elements.

The fact is, that’s  twenty-five percent of the set you just paid for!  It would seem to be more sensibly to purchase clubs that you are going to use, or better still, that you are capable of using.  A extra wedge or two, or a couple of hybrids to replace the 3 and 4 irons would be the common sense approach, but you are not given that choice when purchasing clubs off the rack.

A competent custom clubmaker will fit you with a set of irons that you will use, and it may be as few as five or six conventional irons, a hybrid or two and maybe an extra wedge.  Remember, the clubs you are looking at “off the rack” were factory made.  They may, or they more likely, may not be the right length, right lie, right shaft flex and so on for your swing.  A true custom club fitting eliminates this problem.

Tom Wishon Hybrids

When dealing with Set Make Up, we should not forget the driver.  Remember the clubmaker’s credo which states: The longer the length, the lower the loft, the heavier the weight and the stiffer the shaft, the harder the club will be for any golfer to hit.”  Also, a driver does not have to be a driver.  It simply has to be the club the golfer can hit the farthest distance from the tee and keep the ball in the short grass as often as possible.  In many cases this can best be accomplished with a driver loft that resembles that of a 3-wood.  Depending on the loft of the chosen driver, the longest fairway wood does not have to be a three wood.  Many golfer’s will hit a 5-wood or even a 7-wood farther than a 3-wood simply because these woods have more loft.

Just remember, when selecting clubs, the longest iron in your bag regardless of the number on the bottom, should be the longest iron you hit with confidence and on center the vast majority of the time.  If it happens to be a 5-iron or 6-iron or even a 7-iron, so be it.  That club can then be followed by a hybrid or two, then a fairway wood or two, and finally a proper lofted driver.
You could very well end up with a set that contains somewhat less than fourteen clubs and that’s just fine, at least you will have a use for everything “in the bag”, and you won’t be paying for clubs that you don’t need or don’t use.
